The 67th Shelri Dugdra Festival, also known as the Shey Festival, is a revered cultural event held every 12 years in the Dragon Year according to the Buddhist Lunar Calendar. Celebrated at the sacred Shelri Dugdra, or Crystal Mountain, this festival honors the journey of the Great Saint Drupthop Singe Yeshe, the disciple of Kyopa Jigten Gompo, founder of the Drikung Kagyu Buddhist sect.
